PLEASE READ: ILT strongly recommends using the supplied protective case for all shipments. Products shipped without a case are not subject to warranty claims. (Cases are available for purchase as needed.) All ILT1700's shipped without a shipping case will be charged a $35 dollar surcharge for a replacement case. (Due to limited repair part availability, handle repair is no longer available.)

Exception: The INS250 and INS250N 10" spheres are shipped in a custom box which must be used for transportation.  The ILT950 and ILT960 spectrometers need to be returned in their original ILT hard case, or customer packaging of equal or better protection.  Customers will be surcharged $35 dollars for a replacement shipping box if an ILT950, ILT960, or integrating sphere is received without the appropriate box (due to the high risk of shipping damage).

PLEASE NOTE: ILT will use the information listed above to enter and confirm your calibration order. When a PO number is supplied, ILT will consider the information supplied as the official purchase order and will proceed accordingly. Any special request, request for quote, expedites etc. must be noted in this RMA form prior to submission. All orders will be reviewed against the online RMA only. Any special instructions not included in the RMA request will not be included in the service order or quote. Any changes to the RMA/order after submission of this form must be requested via email to [email protected]

We strongly recommend that special instruction/order changes and service notes are not included with order shipments as they are highly likely to be discarded with the packing materials.
